We want you to love your Google fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
